Cabinets To Go

Janet did a great job helping us with actually 2 home improvement projects. Last time was our kitchen and this time our laundry room. The cabinets are easy to put together and have the slow close feature. They are very nice quality for a diy project. All hinges are pre attached you just connect and tighten.

Worst Customer Service company. Buy 3 kitchens, third kitchen has 3 broken doors and they will not honor under warranty. Earlier when purchasing they did a bait and switch on the door handles and did not order the sink as part of the original estimate. Would not recommend Now customer service saying my problem and i need to buy additional doors to replace Just received a phone call... and just got told I need to read the fine print better in the warranty and that the doors are not covered. HORRIBLE.

We have been dealing with this location for a few years now. We have a beautiful set of cabinets and an island in our kitchen that we purchased from them and had them install. We were very proud to show them to off to our friends and family. They did an excellent and awesome job right up to the finish and it was worth every moment of the wait. Drew was our very first contact there and he was ever so helpful and professional to deal with. We have been to see him a couple different times since then to discuss projects and as always he was there to help and advise. We are now about to do another small addition to our kitchen and once again, we are happy to have Drew assisting us . We can be sure that we will receive professional and friendly service from them. Buyer beware!!! Worst experience ever. They don't stand by their word or service. Supposed to only take at most a month not 3 going on 4. Save yourself aggravation, time and money and go to another supplier. I ordered 18 cabinets from them using their recommended design. Their disigned for the cabinets size and placement was wrong, they didn't want to fix it, they lied repeatedly, they ordered replacement parts incorrectly, it has been 90 days and still waiting, they don't return calls or communicate updates or status. And they advertise that they have "Design Experts". Lord i would hate to see what a non expert is then! Just a damn nightmare!!!
