I love my cabinets, and can’t imagine trying to design my kitchen without Joe DiPietro. His eye for functional beauty helped to create an outstanding kitchen. He worked with me patiently, within my budget and shared in my excitement as it all came together. I trust him implicitly. After phase one, and went back for more cabinets and his advice. Now I have the kitchen of my dreams ! Thank you Joe!

Jeff was great! Greeted us as soon as we walked in, a smile on his face, happy to help. He was knowledgeable, answered all of ur questions and was patient as my mom and I discussed things. The worst customer service ever. The salesmen do pull some slimy moves to get the most money out of you possible, and then they take no accountability for the horrible service that proceeds.Designed with our salesman who conveniently did not give us all the possible materials for countertops choosing to label quartz as the cheapest option when laminate and Formica would’ve been cheaper but I ignored that because maybe they were out of stock and so we ordered cabinets before the Wednesday cut off to have delivered the following week as we were told is customary, our salesman boasted how fast they are, and how once those are delivered the cabinets typically go up in a week, that things move really fast once they're delivered. My 1979 kitchen lacked sooo much. As Joe DiPietro began designing, during our first meeting I asked "How long does the process take?" which he calmly responded "As long as it takes, until you are happy." I knew we came to the right place! I had many design dreams, Joe listened, added his expertise that transformed our kitchen/dining room at an affordable price. During the entire design process, Joe (and the RI team) answered every question big and small with a patient, pleasant and welcoming demeanor, making our "many visits and phone conversations" stressless and enjoyable!
