Cabinets To Go

I ordered new Southwind Grey Owl, SPC flooring through Cabinets To Go after seeing it used on HGTV. Bob was my initial point of contact at the start of this and he has been really great at helping and has been so patient with my requests. We are installing the flooring ourselves while tearing out the old tile in our house so we have been placing orders of 10 boxes of flooring every couple of weeks. Bob sees me calling and is always on top of getting my order completed without complaints. Thanks, Bob! I appreciate you!

Ace at Cabinets-to-go is awesome! I have been working on a walk-in closet project for over 6 months. Researched every company and Cabinets- to-go in my opinion is the best with price and customer service. Ace is timely with responses, helpful, and knows what he is doing. I would give him 10 stars if that were an option. A huge Thank you to Ace. I will come back and post photos once installed.

I'm terribly disappointed in Cabinets To Go. We bought our kitchen cabinets from them, and the quality of product has been fine, but the customer service has been abysmal. Our original designer screwed up and sold us a mix-match of crown moulding, in addition to too many trim pieces (this is where they drive the cost up astronomically). I had these left over pieces... still brand new, in the packaging, and a sku/product(s) they still sell... but because we're outside of their 60 day return window, they refuse to work with me. No exceptions, no accommodations, nothing. The store says to call customer service (which is off-shored), and customer service says to call the store. Classic finger pointing. No supervisor override, no consideration of the mistake made by their designer, no cons

Loved the selection and found the perfect vanity ! Brian was great and got us a great price and very professional. Great follow up and lead tome even better. Would 100% recommend!
