Cabinets To Go

I was initially very excited to work with Cabinets To Go, but unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. We worked with a representative named Taylor who mentioned he was new, but the level of customer service we received was unacceptable. After making changes to our order changes that were clearly discussed an extra cabinet was sent by mistake. We also never received any layout instructions or dimensions for our contractor. We had to call multiple times before Taylor realized they had not been sent and finally emailed them. Additional items were added to our order without clear explanation, resulting in unexpected extra costs. The island was sent larger than ordered, and we were charged for it. Taylor is extremely detailed in our plans and thinks thru all aspects! He has done a great job finalizing our kitchen layout with everything that we may possibly need! We know exactly what to expect with our upcoming remodel!! Thank You! Mark

Steve is great to work with! We actually purchased our cabinets from the Alpharetta store, and had so many problems (do not go there!).
