Lisa LaRuex at the Spokane store is fantastic to work with! She responded to emails within 24 hours of receiving them. She called when she needed to. She helped walk me through the ordering step by step because I don’t live in Spokane. The turn around to get my order was quick. The cabinets came well-packed and with directions.

Incredible design help! I need to share that the salesperson, Lisa LaRuex was so incredibly brilliant in helping us work out our kitchen that we were putting in an addition above our garage. Note I have not actually received the cabinets yet. But she was so thorough and helped us avoid some important problems. The first thing she did was look at my design and comment on a design flaw. Many eyes had looked at this design previously and not a single person had noticed this. She's very experienced and kind. Lisa helped me through the process of designing our new kitchen and she was amazing! She worked with me through multiple plan changes, color changes, changes when unexpected things came up during the remodel and made sure I got my free cookware even when I forgot about them! Cabinets haven’t been installed yet but the process so far has been so smooth!

Can’t say enough kind things about Lisa the amazing expert who helped us to explore all things bathroom vanity. We’re amateurs at best with this sort of stuff and she made us feel like we could figure it out! Great experience, clean store, beautiful options. Would recommend checking them out!
