Rick was here in a flash to give us a quote and a date. We had to reschedule and his son Michael became our contact. He came to see the job and agreed to honor the original quote. We agreed to a date, emptied out the first floor (no small task), made a plan to be away for the week (no cheap thing) and Michael NEVER showed up. We left repeated, polite messages and he GHOSTED us. Not a word. Needless to say, don't bother with Cabral Flooring: whatever time and skill Rick put into building a good reputation went out the window when Michael stepped in to replace him. The only way to post this was to give to the minimum one star: that goes to Rick.

Rick Cabral installed oak floors in our home when we built it in 1996. He did a great job and was very reliable and easy to work with. In 2018 we hired Cabral twice, once for a home office and once for a great room, abutting the existing oak floor in the kitchen. It was a tricky job, but he made the transition look great. Rick manages his business with exceptional customer service and he is very knowledgeable.

Marcio and his crew did an excellent job installing my new wood floor. Prompt, courteous, and helpful company to deal with. Very satisfied with their work!

They installed about 1400 SF in the home I just purchased. Beyond impressed with the workmanship and the price was fair. Showed up when he said he would. Finished when he said he would. You will not be disappointed!
