STAY AWAY FROM CAC UNLIMITED. Select Home Warranty used this company for a claim I submitted to repair my dishwasher. The technician never followed up on the parts needed for my repair. Even after he left a note stating "Parts needed to be shipped to warehouse or home and that shipment would take 3-4 days". I reached out to the tech after 3 weeks had past. Andre L. (the technician) was not professional in his follow up call concerning the parts or the service that was never rendered to me; he became very defensive and put off that I was questioning the service I NEVER received. A deductible is paid be forehand, this process is quite premature. If the repairs are not resolved the day of service, the venders have been paid-simply just to show up.

Horrible experience. Told they would fix my A/C problem, and each time they repaired something, the actual problem was something else and they needed to repair that to fix the problem - 3 separate times. They also didn't follow industry standard protocols. Took a different contractor all of 2 minutes to find the actual problem and less than 10 to fix it. Cost me less than half the money to actually fix the problem than I paid this contractor - which was a MASSIVE leak, right where this contractor was working. In addition, they lied to my warranty company, getting the claim denied - the warranty company pays much less than a private person. Lesson learned.

STAY AWAY from this company. They were sent to my home by Select Home Warranty company and they told me that they would be reimbursed only $250 and they were correct, but they charged $480. I called them to asked why I was charged for two Techs $100 each and was told that I was the most stubborn and rude client that Andre had spoken to that day. WOW!

This company was fast and very reliable with very high quality work that did not break my pocket
