Boddie was great! He installed everything fast and offered to help me connect my exterior garage door opener, I had an issue with getting everything to connect on my Audi and he offered some assistance and tricks even though he had already left. Thank you!

I had such a great experience with Cactus Garage Doors! The technician arrived right on time, was incredibly professional, and most importantly - honest! I thought something was wrong with my remotes and it ended up being user error. He patiently tested and double checked everything to make sure all components were in perfect working order. On top of it he was very pleasant and we had a few laughs. It's rare to find a company these days (especially in the garage door repair realm) that operates with such integrity no upselling, no pressure, no lies, just great service. I highly recommend Cactus. 10 stars.

The only reason we worked with this company was because my insurance provider, American Home Shield, referred them. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. Initially, I was told the entire unit would be replaced, but when the technician arrived, the unit was only repaired. Providing customers with inaccurate information creates false expectations and is unacceptable. Additionally, the service window given was 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., yet the technician arrived at 9:15 a.m. My husband had to cancel his own appointment and rush home to accommodate this. On top of that, the technician appeared irritated and clearly unhappy to be doing his job, which came across as very unprofessional. This entire experience did not meet even basic standards of professionalism, and I cannot rec

BEWARE: This company uses parts that have no warranty!! They replaced a garage door spring made by Overhead Door Company which had NO WARRANTY. Then when the part broke 4 months later, they would not replace it without charging AGAIN (this spring should have lasted YEARS) - They are only in the business to take money, provide horrible quality service, then expect you to keep coming back to be ripped off. Stay FAR AWAY from Cactus Garage Doors...
