Cactus Sands Landscaping & Irrigation

If I could give 0 stars I would. Cactus Sands is working around my neighborhood, and I as well as multiple of my neighbors are disappointed with the quality of work. They laid uneven sod out front of our building, uprooted and replanted multiple rose bushes, which killed them, and replanted a palmetto tree sideways. They came back and fixed the palmetto, but still didn't even cut off unhealthy leaves that are hanging. They also unnecessarily used the tractor EVERYWHERE, which caused track marks in many parts of the grass, including a part (see photo) that they ruined so badly they had to cover it with sod, which is now completely dead. And they didn't even try to cover it up all the way. Would not recommend unless to a sworn enemy.

My wife and I recently had a new irrigation system installed at our home by Cactus Sands and we couldn’t be happier! We did our do-diligence in comparing companies (and reputations) and after getting numerous estimates, the choice was easy. The day of the install the crew showed up on time, were very professional, completed the job, and left our yard spotless. The owner Bob was extremely helpful, informative, and friendly and taught my wife and me how to use the system. I would highly recommend Cactus Sands to anyone looking for a new irrigation system!

From initial consultation to project completion, Cactus Sands was outstanding! They were professional, explained everything clearly, and the work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Cactus Sands did a great job on my irrigation system. We had two other companies try to get our system operating but were unable to do so. Both of them left our yard a mess. Cactus Sands (Jack) was courteous and professional. When the job was completed you would never know he was there. Highly recommended.

Excited about rock install - disappointed with the results. As a professional landscaper I understand that landscaping paper should be laid down under any rock installation in order to prevent dirt/mud from creeping through the rocks, and also to prevent weeds from growing. None was laid down. Also, to enclose the rock job, pavers were put down on either side. The pavers were laid down on untampered ground, lacking a foundation. See photo for results of not properly installing a foundation for pavers and rocks. If this was a job that my company had done at someone's house, I would expect not to receive payment. 10/10 would not recommend Cactus Sands.
