Caddo Stone

Caddo Stone was recommended to me from a builder friend when we built our April 2023 home. I had previously installed quartzite in a prior home we remodeled, with fantastic results. Anything could get on it and there were no problems. I really wanted the beauty of quartzite again. Caddo installed Tahiti quartzite and we’ve had nothing but problems with it. It is truly an inferior product which should never have been sold to me. I gave 3 stars strictly for the customer service I received from the staff; however, in reality the stone should have been replaced. They came out and tried to remove the stains, repolished and resealed it. Much to my chagrin since then the issues have escalated to a point that it must be replaced. Everyone else’s five star review is typically a four for me, BUT Caddo Stone exceeded every single expectation I had.
