These guys at Caddo water well did a fantastic job for me! 5 stars for sure. Gave me advice over the phone of what my problem might be so I tried to fix myself. That didn’t work. Had them out the very Next morning. Trouble shot all my existing well and decided I needed a new pump. Awesome job from the owner to the employees! Thanks Billy

I want to thank the guys at Caddo Water Well for the recent service to my existing water well. They were excellent to work with and I would highly recommend Billy and his team. Hopefully I won’t need more work anytime soon, but if I do I will call Caddo Water Well.

I have to give HUGE shout out to this company!!!! Late yesterday afternoon our water well pump DIED - no water in our house!!! I started dialing possible repair companies . I reached one number who asked for our zip code to recommend someone. That is how I got their phone number! It was around 5:30 by that time. The owner Billy Carr answered and I explained our crises!! He promised to call first thing this morning with a time someone could come out. I work at a school and before I could get my kids settled in, Mr Carr had called me twice to let me know he had dispatched a crew to our house. I let my husband know to expect them. Once there, they hit the ground “running” and after about 2 1/2 hours the old pump had been pulled up and a new one installed!!!!! And the best surprised - thei

I called this company first time and the young lady was very nice and asked if she could get someone out to assess the well. Then no one showed or called. I called again, same lady said OH I remember you, let me call someone and see if they can get out there today. No one called back to tell me ANYTHING. I have called several times now and they won't answer my calls . They need better communication skills and customer service.

Very quick to respond.. was able to pull my pump and replace in about 4 hours.
