Cadence Construction

Eight years ago we used Cadence for a whole house renovation of our 1926 historic home. We loved them so much we asked them to do an exterior garage and patio project this past year. We so appreciated their expertise, patience and attention to all the little details whether it be cleaning off almost 100 years of paint off all the door handles and hinges or taking the time to find historically appropriate and matching light fixtures (among soo many other examples). I would 100% recommend them!

Dude my dad is the owner of cadence and he added a screen porch, chicken coop, upstairs, master bedroom, and greenhouse to our house by himself. Cadence is great and you should definitely call them for a project

We worked with Cadence on a major remodel/renovation of our 1910's era house. At every stage of the process we were thrilled with their attention to detail, craftsmanship, collaborative spirit, and ability to adapt to changing circumstances. We love the finished product - it was a massive update while keeping in line with the character of our house. And they finished within a week of the projected end of the 6 month project.

Almost two years ago, Cadence Construction renovated the exterior of my home, turning a fairly Plain Jane house into something with charm and character. A new side porch and deck, renovated front and back screened porch and a few other bits that have stood up well over time. I'm still in love with the work. Todd attends to the details like he's working on his own house - always considering what you want and need, both aesthetically and practically. Like most anything worthwhile, it took a little longer than expected - but it was worth the time. I highly recommend adding your name to the queue as I imagine lots are eager for his talent and good humor.

We love Cadence Construction. Todd, Kristy and Jeff were great. Kristy runs a tight ship and they actually finished our huge project (large addition; doubled square footage) earlier than anticipated. All of it during a pandemic! The hand-holding and quality was the tops. We will definitely call on Cadence if we ever have another renovation project.
