$150 to mow a yard that takes less than 30mins to mow. That's $300 an hr. I personally have mowed that grass hundreds of times on an old John deer traditional style riding lawn mower in less than 30 mins. Can't imagine how fast it can be done on a zero turn. Way way way over priced to cut grass. This is an edit to the owners reply: his reply is a lie. The sticks were still there, I know because i picked them up, there was trash that was still in the yard as well. He tried to scam the manager out of more money by coming back and cleaning out gutters that have leaf guards on them so they never need to be cleaned. Cadens attention to detail and helping others is beyond anyone else! Excellent customer service and literally one of the nicest people you’ll meet! He goes above and beyond to make his customers happy and his work is absolutely stunning! He has done 3 of my previous homes and exceeded my expectations every time! He is GREAT at his career. 10/10

Gave an estimate, I called to approve it. He said he would be back in two weeks. He never showed. I texted him and called him. I still have the texts. Never showed up. I left an honest review on FB. He said he reached out- yea after I posted negative reviews. I kept vm and texts. He has blocked me on fb, and said he reached out- WRONG, do not recommend at all

Great work. Very detailed from small jobs to large jobs. You won’t be disappointed whether it’s mowing or landscaping. His landscaping is beautiful! He is the best!
