Cadet Heat

I need to upgrade the baseboards in my home. I have quite a few, they are all Cadet's and much older. Rosemary in technical support helped find which ones to replace, told me about wifi theromtats that are compatible, and where to buy. I am very grateful, upgrading is not easy.

I had one of their wall heaters fail in 2 months of use. I called and the man that answered told me that was too bad and that there was no warranty! I told him that I’m sure I bought it at Home Depot in Vancouver, WA but, could not find the receipt he said that too bad and refused to let me bring the unit to them ! No exceptions! He also refused to let me talk to a manager! I will never buy Cadet again and I suggest you don’t either!!!

Resets multiple times a day. Heater didn’t last at all. Broke down easily GAyYy

Amazing customer support and warranty. Had 1 out of 12 heaters start having intermittent issues after almost 3 years and they simply sent me a new one.
