Donny is the absolute best. I received a terrible quote by a previous company who said I needed to purchase a new furnace. Donny came out and assessed everything. Turns out, I didn’t. He was honest, thorough, and helpful. He literally saved me thousands of dollars. I will always be grateful for Donny. I’d recommend him to everyone I know. Thank you a million times, Donald!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! If your home warranty assigns them to you, immediately tell them you want another company. Caesar’s Air Conditioning and Heating is completely unprofessional, untrustworthy, and unreliable. They are a SCAM. If I could give negative stars for this company I would. My home warranty, First American, assigned Caesar’s to come and fix my AC unit. I called Caesar’s on a Thursday and Don said he could come by on Saturday. Technician Don showed up and stayed no more than 5 minutes on our property. Don asked my husband how long we had lived in the house (3 weeks at the time), asked what my husband thought was the issue with the AC, and then left without giving us any information. I called him right after he left and he said to call the warranty comp

When you expect a bit more professionalism and courtesy in this times. The person who came by was smelling like smoke and not wearing a mask. Came in but didn't measure the Ac pressure and or check all the vents I was letting him know, that weren't blowing any air and in just 5 or 6 minutes after going into attic suggested there is Nothing wrong with ac, but poor Duct manufacturing. Now my Ac still Not working and of course my First American Home warranty Won't cover the issue because according to Ceasar's Ac is Not a problem. I have to live with my Ac Not cooling in master bedroom, restroom and closet.

Donny has done several jobs for me. Very honest, professional, and economical. I highly recommend.

This company is extremely rude and unprofessional - assigned to us by our home warranty, but we will not allow them to enter our home after the way they treated me on the phone- YELLING at me because I asked what time they would be out, and they told me I WILL NOT BE OUT TODAY. Literally the rudest person I have ever talked to on the phone.
