Caesarstone Midwest Showroom & Distribution Center - Chicago, IL

I am editing my review. A representative from the showroom has contacted me, is providing help and is answering my questions professionally, competently and effectively. I appreciate this. I just wish that it hadn't taken leaving this review to get a response. Original review: Terrible customer service and engagement. This is the showroom, not the corporate office, yet they are unable (or just unwilling) to supply any information or help. If this is how potential customers are treated then I definitely don't want to be in a position of needing their assistance after they have my money. No thank you, Caesarstone.

This place is a joke, you show up at your exact appointment. They say they won’t unload for today some dock available but still they don’t wanna unload. Very slow people don’t even do business with this place.

Mike and Roman were our quartz's installers. Both were meticulous regarding the installation. Caesarstone's office staff was also very helpful when we were deciding seams etc. We highly recommend Caesarstone. Thank you!

Left message about problems with samples not matching. Called headquarters but no response. Erris is fabulous in helping to send out samples but after him the company goes dark.

Anyone going to load or unload here, calling them will help with check in process. It takes about 1.5 hrs. to load. Setting up can be a slow process.
