Terrible customer service. I popped in quick to check out samples for a client project and the front desk lady went to the back to grab samples, however after 20 minutes she never came back out. I’ve been using this brand in my interior design projects for years. Not what I was expecting from a well known brand. I was thoroughly disappointed.

The best granite and tile selection in the Sarasota and Bradenton area. Everyone that I have come in contact with is friendly and knowledgeable but Marianne has been outstanding.

Talk about the worst experience ever-If you want to deal with headaches and bad customer service, that is the place to go! Placed slabs on hold, they release the slabs without informing us. Went back to reselect the front desk workers cannot be less interested-told us to go into the warehouse did not guide us when I went back to ask for information never looked into her computer told me they had what they had. And pretty much basically walked away. At that point they should just have a tablet in the front of the showroom instead of people for self help.

While I was undergoing a kitchen renovation I picked out 2 slabs of granite. My renovation turned into a nightmare and after 7 weeks we had to fire the company and start all over with a new company. I went into Omicron and explained my situation and begged them to hold the 2 slabs I picked out. Once the kitchen was completed I went into Omicron unsure if the slabs would still be there. They WERE still there waiting for me. Thank you Isaac and the Omicron employees for understanding and working with me. ***Great selection and helpful employees

I came to this place according to their stated office hours but nobody was in. I called office but mailbox is full. In the process waiting, 2 other customers left frustrated. I'm deeply worried about reliability of this business. I'm sorry but I'm ordering my stonework elsewhere. It's Saturday 11:06am & they're suppose to open at 10am…
