We have been living in our Cain built home for over a year now, and have been very pleased with the quality, and were happy with the entire build experience. One of the reasons we chose Cain was because of their responsiveness and engagement with us during the planning and building process, and the fact that of all the builders we spoke with they were the only ones who came to the table with a clear and concise contract we felt comfortable with, as well as the only ones who were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we might have.
