Really loved working with this business. They were super prompt and courteous on the phone; the inspector who came out was friendly and professional, and the work was scheduled for the very next day. The workers were really awesome. It's rare that a company exceeds expectations on every aspect of a transaction, and these folks nailed it.

Thanks so much for the excellent service that I receive each year from Cal Coast Termite. This year was no exception. Last week, Jesse and Ralph did the inspection and found a few hot spots. This morning, Juan applied the treatment to those pesky critters for which an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! Baced upon reviews I called them. Apparently they have gotten too big to care. Arranged for a Saturday inspection in Long Beach for an agreed fee. They left a voicemail on Friday to cancel due to the rain. A little late for me to get anyone else out. Called the next week to see if they would come out the following weekend and they never returned my call.

Unbelievable that a business like cal coast can survive. Truly unhappy with the service I experienced with cal coast pest inc. I believe that they have charged for service that has not been done to my property do to date and times on my cameras around my property. The customer service is for the birds.
