The staff was extremely helpful with design, details regarding the products and supportive during the process. Each step of the process was explained in detail with follow up calls. We were able to take different samples home to put on the floor to see what worked best in our home. The bid was completed in a timely manner with all items broken down so we could decide (for cost) what we wanted to have done. The baseboards were order and arrived a few days before the crew was suppose to start so we were able to pick them up and paint them prior to installation. The day of installation the owner arrived at our home on time and introduced the crew that would be installing the floor. Had an amazing experience with purchasing flooring from Cal Flooring Auburn. Jackie and Cal were always accommodating and available to answer any questions and even made special arrangements to meet me at the shop off hours so I could take another sample home, as I don't live locally and am not always here during business hours. Prices were lower than at other places for the same product. Would 100%n recommend them and plan to use them in the future!
