John installed our garage doors in 2006. We had a problem recently where the garage door would not open all the way. I called several places and they all had the same "answering service" that answered the phone "garage door service". Several had similar names. I tried M&D thinking it was our original installer, and the quote was $850 for new "premium springs" and the tech said the opener might need to be replaced. Luckily my wife remembered John, so we called him. The next day he inspected and adjusted the springs for $65. I am going to put a note on the door itself so we don't call any one else in the future.
