Delivered commercial AC units to them. Very quick unload and friendly, courteous employees. Only drawback is you have to back in from the road, which is a narrow, busy 2 lane. Other than that, 👍

Terrible repersentation. This company was given to me off a reference from the mall we are apart of. Called in on the weekend to get emergency work. Got transferred to an on call Tech who informed me he would have to check in with his supervisor if the work could be taken care of that day or would have to be moved to Monday. Confirmed his name and that they would be at our location the following morning. No one showed up so we contacted them an hour after the time window we we're given. Long story short I get connected to a supervisor who informs me without reason now they are not gonna take our call after getting frustrated that I communicated her tech was saying something completely offput from the message she was relaying. My ac has broke the past two nights, I'm my opinion that's reason for a house call. The technician refused to come because of it being residential. Technically its commercial property bc of the fact I live in an apartment complex. I would never recommend these people to anyone for anything due to the way they handle business. I told him multiple times I didn't care how much it cost I just wanted my ac on. Apparently he's not working on commission. I would have gave 0 stars but that wasn't an option.
