I typically don't hire anybody for lawn care, but due to my family's busy schedule and odd working hours, our yard was not going to be able to get mowed until the next weekend. It was already tall and needed it bad. I contacted Steve Caldwell on his website and had a reply within minutes. We found out he was close to us and he showed up at 7:15 p.m. on a Sunday, 30 minutes after I had messaged him! I was expecting to need to set up an appointment later in the week. He came in, did his work, was professional and friendly! If we ever get in a bind and need help again, I'll be sure to give Steve a call!
