I don't know how we got so lucky to find Gerald on our home remodel project. I don't know how to condense everything I have to say into this little review, but I'll try. We purchased a home that needed considerable work but weren't living in the area yet. It was a full home remodel...basically building a new house. Oh, and we had a tight timeline! Gerald took on our job and really took ownership. He is meticulous and has an eye for design. I showed him our pinterest images, picked out some of the design elements, and he went to work. He got the feel we were going for, made suggestions, and made our dream come to life. Our house completely transformed. Beyond our expectations. We were in a bind, with a number of serious fixes due before we moved everything into our new home. It would normally be a challenge to get several jobs scheduled, but thanks to Covid, manpower and materials are even harder to get. We got Gerald Caldwell's company, who covered ALL the jobs, in the short time we had. The work was excellent, and came with an intuitive contractor who got to some things we needed, but didn't mention to him. Can't be happier. A+.

We have a bridge located in a rural area that needed significant repair. The project required directing traffic as the bridge is the entrance and exit point for our small community. We called six companies for estimates, three got back to us, and only two showed up to take a look. Luckily, Gerry from Caldwell was one of them! The other company that came to look at our project made it sound like an impossible nightmare, but not Gerry! He said that he could get the work done without disrupting traffic and that it would be straightforward, and it was both! Gerry was easy to communicate with, gave us a timely and fair estimate, and got the work done quickly and without hassle. We highly highly recommend Caldwell Builders Group after this project!!!
