My experience with Caldwell Carpet was exceptional! They helped me calculate the footage needed for my project, suggested a variety of options and helped me to find the best solution for my needs and budget. They really made the entire process very easy. Would definitely recommend them and I will use them for future projects.

Had a great experience buying specialty carpet for my husband's office so we used Caldwell for our living room/dining room as well. I wish we had more carpeting projects as they are easy to work with.

I don't normally write bad reviews, but Doug Caldwell was unprofessional and downright rude. With plenty of time to get my roll of carpet to my show, they missed their delivery window and had the nerve to point fingers back at me and make false statements about the delivery. All the while being aggressive because I missed a call from him...while I was on an airplane. Would not use again.
