I moved into my first home in 2016, and had Caldwell install a new furnace and heat pump. I had 0 knowledge on hvac maintenance. Throughout the last decade however, I have had the best experience with this company. Every issue I’ve had, they show up promptly, they are thorough- and the best part? They CARE! They take the time to explain things and help you understand how your systems run. They do not look at their customers like endless cash bags- they see people, they see families. I will never call another heating and cooling company for as long as this one is open and operating. At 10pm when my boilers pump quit working after calling multiple other companies locally and getting no response or a call back the next morning, Mr. Caldwell was the only person who answered his phone and when asked if he could come at that moment or even in the night to fix the issue there was absolutely no hesitation!
