I have experience with many pool companies in my years of being a pool or spa owner. It varied in my history of being a fan of aquatic experiences. Never have I so admired the professionalism of Cal Chemical and the expertise of their employee Mike. He is personable yet efficient as he goes about his pool visit attending to every detail of maintaining a well functioning, clean, safe and healthy water environment. He anticipates a problem and intervenes before a complete breakdown. He is so smart, and if there was a PhD in pool maintenance, Mike should be awarded this honor.

I've been a loyal customer of California Chemical for nearly 25 years or more! There was only one time when I ventured away, thinking the grass would be greener on the other side! 😂 Clearly it wasn't and that's why I'm still around. Anyone who knows me knows that I call it how it is; I call the good, the bad, and the ugly in Kern County. Any time I have had an issue, I've raised my concern and things have always been amacably resolved! My bubble is small because I can't stand liars, cheats, thieves, incompetence, or bad service. CA Chemical employees are honest, fair, reliable, competitive, competent, and willing to make things right!

Thus far super happy with my service! Mike has been doing a great job! I tried to manage the hot tub on my own for a long time thinking it would be easy...it wasn't. It's been so nice to have this service and I've been able to enjoy my hot tub so much more since they started taking care of it for me.

Mike has been servicing our hot tub for some time now. He is like a ninja!! Half the time, he's done with the job before I even wake up. I can tell he's shown up because he always so courteously brings up our trash cans. Now THATS going above and beyond. Happy with the service and peace of mind knowing I don't have to worry about maintenance.
