Tim is incredible! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I knew absolutely nothing about our fireplace, after 10 years of owning the home we wanted to turn on the fireplace, but had to ensure that everything was working well. Tim is the man for the job! He made our fireplace look stunning and even helped me feel comfortable with turning it on. Thank you Tim! We finally used our fireplace this weekend.

Great service by Vince and Ean! They arrived promptly on time and quickly set up for the chimney sweep and inspection. Thorough inspection of the firebox, damper, flue and chimney cap was carried out. All of my questions were promptly and profoundly answered. They have helped me locate my firebox escutcheon, that was hiding behind freshly applied wallpaper, and replaced the old and badly deteriorated firebox gas log lighter. Moreover, they've located a replacement great for me expeditiously, since mine was in poor shape. I was also given a lot of invaluable information about maintenance and operation of a fireplace. Will definitely call these guys in the future if I have issues with my fireplace or chimney.

Finally someone that figured out what was wrong with my fireplace. I called this company to sweep my chimney and to inspect it to see why the thing has always smoked. I have had this problem since I purchased the house, have had several other Chimney companies come out over the years and NONE of them have ever figured it out. I had recently converted it from wood burning to gas logs to try and solve the smoke problem. I am lucky to have found Vince's company. He likely saved my life as carbon monoxide was escaping into the house when I attempted to use the new gas logs. Turns out it was a design flaw in the way the thing was built. This is a family owned business and the brothers are very knowledgeable about what they do and straight forward with everything that needs to be done. I have known these people for most of my life and we have used them every time we needed to. Great people and great business!!! ;)
