California Closets - Roseville

Our experience with California Closets was an extremely pleasant one. The sales rep, Heather, did an outstanding job of laying out and designing our closet configuration to achieve the utmost efficiency in our closet space. Heather also delivered temporary close racks to hang our clothes on while the closet modification was being done. The closets are so organized now that space has been modified to achieve more storage space. The installation process went very smoothly and it was completed in one day. The installers were very professional and considerate by keeping the rest off our house clean while performing the closet modifications. California Closet has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Kendra our designer help us get the most efficient use from our closet space. Once our we had our initial design done a 3D rendering provided enabled us to make adjustments to our layout and tweak the final design. Then the installation team professionally installed our closet. The workmanship and the high quality materials used resulted in a finished product that exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend California Closets and would definitely use them again for any future projects.

This was my second experience working with Theresa Rainey at California Closets Roseville. She is so lovely to work with and she comes to you with good ideas. She designed three closets for us, the primary walk-in, the laundry room and a walk-in linen closet in the primary bathroom. I really like how all of them came out. Some highlights include 4 pull out drawers in the linen closet which makes it so easy to get to everything on the self. The hamper in the primary walk-in is my favorite. Such a great space saver. The installers were great. They were clean and efficient and you could tell they really enjoyed working together. There were a few pieces missing but they came back in the next few days to get them installed. Overall great experience and I will definitely be using them again.

Top quality organization from the initial contact to completed installation - every person along the way was so professional. We were so impressed with Marie Alcals who made contact promptly and continued to maintain contact every step of the way, always calling to confirm appointments and then advising of ETA on the day of the appointment. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the product and she was so pleasant and easy to work with throughout the process. We were also impressed with the initial presentation, the quality of the samples and display, as well as the wonderful computer program that allowed her to create a scale drawing of exactly what our closet would look like when completed & make a few changes that were requested.
