Not accommodating at all. Didn't even have the courtesy to return my phonecall. Took my buisness to Mid city Lumber in Jefferson city. Great people!
I got my flatbed unloaded earlier than expected, and I was even helped to blow torch the ice off my straps so that I could get them loose. Very helpful and kind people there, they seemed like great Americans.
Always helpful to an old lady who usually doesn't know what she needs to ask for.
