We had a great experience with Rios and his company. He has completed work on our appliances a few different times. He is very knowledgeable in his field, accommodating to scheduling and extremely responsive. He is upfront about cost and trying to do what’s best for the customer. He also recommends best course of action and follows through quickly on the work needed. I highly recommend this company. This visit Rios recommended to retire a dryer that would cost too much to repair and suggested to replace with 2 tower units. This has greatly improved our household!

Rios is one of the most customer service oriented technicians I have ever encountered. He went above and beyond in helping me replace my faulty washing machine. I would trust him to do any repairs on any of my appliances.

Rios came out to fix my leaking refrigerator. It ended up being an easy fix, so easy he just showed me how to fix it myself so he didn’t have to charge me. I feel like that kind of service is unheard of these days. Next time I need something repaired he’ll be the first person I call. Thanks Rios!
