Had my roofer take measurements to replace older skylight. They ordered me a skylight that was the wrong size. They would not let me return item even though I was willing to order a custom item. I left the wrong skylight with them hoping they could resell it and I could get my $500 back, I have heard nothing though i have left messages. Addendum: I received a call today for a full credit on returned skylight. I appreciate the follow up with this returned item. Thanks stan
