Limegreen are life savers. They responded very rapidly to a catastrophe we had at our home while we were on vacation. A pipe burst and flooded some of our upstairs and an entire room downstairs. After our initial call they were at our home in minutes. They started immediately mitigating the water damage our house incurred. I’m positive their rapid response saved our house from being more severely damaged. David took our initial call and was very reassuring about the process. He put us at ease at a very stressful time. He also gave us guidance as to what we should do with our insurance company. Once mitigation started Pablo and his team were fantastic. LimeGreen Water has great customer service. I did not end up using them but I can say that their customer service was great. I found them on Yelp and David contacted me afterhours and scheduled an appointment. I later had to reschedule and he was very responsive with no issues. He was friendly and understanding. They provide free estimates and the tech Servin that came for the inspection was very friendly. I cannot comment on their services, but their customer service made a good enough impression for me to rate them highly.

Mr. Sevak managed the mold remediation job. Their team was very professional and thorough. They sealed the area, removed all contaminated material, cleaned and passed an independent test. I am very satisfied. I hope I don't have any similar problem in the future but if I do, I would call this company again.

The Lime Green team was great, but special shout outs to David and Pablo. David is very experienced and knowledgeable, and he was thoughtful and kind throughout. Pablo was professional, helpful, and also very kind. My bathroom flooded and the water affected a relatively small area and any damage was minimal. Being a smaller job, I was very concerned that they may cherry pick and not be willing to work with me, but they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Wow—just wow!! I could write a book about how great these people are. And we’ve just gotten started! Our home had a major flood from the storms. I called LimeGreen and left a message, thinking that they couldn’t do anything because it was still raining. But I needed help desperately. David called back in 5 minutes! He said he didn’t want me to sit there stressed and waiting for a callback. That was so unbelievably kind. They came immediately and began doing everything to mitigate the damage.
