Call Dad

Absolute fantastic experience with this company. The company sent a text with a picture of our tech and a brief bio of them. Our tech Hunter came out next day as scheduled and displayed an amazing amount of wisdom and experience in his suggestions and abilities. After his inspection he was straight and honest with us and how to fix our unit and be back up and running, he also explained in great detail how the age of our unit more often and not meant his fix would be more like a bandaid and not solve our problems very long. Communication from when our tech was arriving and having him in our home was very clear and stress free. Cannot rave enough about what a pleasure it was and is to use this company for our HVAC system.

Ended up being quoted the problem incorrectly. Technician was very pushy asking us to take his photo and include it in a “5 star review”. I demurred several times saying “oh maybe later not right now” and he insisted on posing for a photo saying that if I didn’t include the photo he didn’t receive money for every review. Stayed over 3 hours and did not get heating system repaired. Quoted $1100 to replace a heating valve. Ended up getting a second opinion and that was not the issue, paid $119 for a smaller issue and heating was back on. Caleb had said he was going to refund our original charge and that the check was in the mail but we have not received it so far 🤷🏻‍♀️

Isaac was real friendly, real knowledgeable and explained everything very well as he worked on my unit. I have had Call dad come out 2 times now and I can say that I have been satisfied with their work and knowledge both times. I went from warm air coming through my vents for some time, to no heat at all during these past 2 storms to now having 119• air coming through the vents. I really appreciate the work Isaac put into fixing the air for me and my 2 daughters. We can sleep warm tonight. Thank you!

Had Call dad replace my blower motor in my furnace today and the entire process was smooth. From quoting, explaining, and providing recommendations. Tyler the service tech was great along every step of the way. I highly recommend the company and plan to use them in the Future. 02/04/2026

Call Dad has always been a great experience for maintenance and break fix. Intelligent people who are very kind and give you no bs fixes and options. Shout out to Dallas who saved our Sunday after the AC went out in the night. Super cold air was back after he was done and we had a good understanding of the state of our systems. Call Dad!
