Call Dad

Just before summer, I needed a new air conditioner. Call Dads came and installed quickly. I am happy with the work and the technicians. A maintenance check was done by Talibah Shimabukuru today, which is about four months after installation. Talibah is also a professional and went to work on her inspection and got it done. I feel secure and confident with Call Dads. No kick back from this, I mean it. Thank you. Today, Friday 13th 2026,James and Massima S. came out for my second complete heat and air inspection. They did cleaning and took pictures of the fire box, control card, and pretty much everything, which we reviewed together after. I now trust Call Dad more than ever and I feel very happy about my system performance. Thanks again phellas!

Our technician was super courteous and professional. He clearly communicated his ETA, we were given a picture of who to expect and that is who showed up. He was very kind and showed my partner how everything worked without speaking down to her. She mentioned that we would need to save the current thermostat and he packed it up and saved all the installation hardware so she wouldn't have to. Would absolutely use this company again

Tyler the salesman for Call Dad came on a Friday and was so informative about the HVAC system we purchased for our mobile home. We were able to get it installed on Monday by Jeffrey and Josh They were very efficient and nice 😊 I had asked if I could vacuum the space where they replaced the inside unit when ready. While I was vacuuming the brush end came off and fell right into the air vent and I thought OMG 😳 so I politely told Jeffrey what had happened and he was able to reach it with a makeshift hanger and get right back to work installing the unit . Wanted to give a Big Shout out and Thank you to these 3 Employees at Call Dad 👍 Would definitely recommend their products and Services.

Leon was very professional and cleaned as he went. It was a nice note that he put on shoe covers before entering our home. He was very knowledgeable about the problem I was having and explained my options very clearly. He worked very efficiently and completed the job in a very timely manner.

Call Dad got a tech out to look at my system the same day I called (first star), they kept me apprised of the techs arrival time (second star), the called me to give me his ETA (third star), Jackson checked out system thoroughly and assured me it was operating properly (fourth and fifth stars). Jackson was also very respectful of my home putting the disposable booties on over his work boots. He gave me info about yearly maintenance from Call Dad, gave me a quick run down on system replacement options and answered my other questions and was polite and professional. I'm glad I called Dads.
