Call Joe Appliance

Want bad service? Horrible customer relations? Then by all means, Call Joe!!! First off, I got charged $139 for a 15 minute visit from one of Joe's service workers. My dryer was spinning, was warm, but wasn't drying clothes. "It's clogged", he said. He absolutely positively guaranteed that was my problem. He didn't even examine the dryer. I took his word for it, as I have had this issue in the distant past. After disconnecting everything and checking all the vents, I found that was NOT the problem. Since this was a local business (I live in Bloomfield), I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and I went in to talk to them. We bought a washing machine last year and , the guys brought it out immediately and hooked it up such great service, fast forward almost a year and we had an issue with the washer immediately they responded to us and decided to replace the unit with a new one this kind of customer service is hard to come by these days, my family has dealt with Joe for years and have always be treated extremely well, thanks again to the team at joes for taking great care of my family of 7 , our community is definitely blessed to have such an amazing business like yours. Fixed our fridge for a very reasonable price and quickly.

Needed a dishwasher repair an hour before close on a Monday evening. Joe's send someone out immediately and within an hour my dishwasher was fixed! Never seen service this rapid! Highly recommend this company!!!!!
