Scheduled an appointment with the fabulous office staff, who kept me well informed when the technician was running behind. William was fantastic! He walked me through everything he was doing, answered all my questions and was just straight up righteous dude! I am so very happy and satisfied with the experience (I even bought the regular service contract). Just a wonderful company; everyone I've dealt with has just been professional, courteous and extremely pleasant to work with. I highly reccomend!

William and Johnny came out to see why the power wasn't working for our unit in our attic. They we're incredibly polite and kind while visiting. They found the issue and went above and beyond to fix it within the most affordable means. I will be calling them again the next time I have a problem!! Great people and great service!! Will recommend them to everyone i know!!

William and Carlos came out first to evaluate the problem and they were great in identifying and explaining exactly what was going on. They also gave us temporary relife until the repairs could be done. Once the parts came in: Chris, Johnny and Bradley, came back out to do the repairs and William came to do the maintenance and they were all very professional, knowledgeable and just like William did initially, Chris explained everything as they went, which was definitely appreciated! Our unit is working great now and we are very thankful! This is an awesome company with wonderful people there to help when needed and we would highly recommend this company for any of your hvac needs.

I am happy to report an excellent experience with the good technicians at Call Pernell. I decided to try them out since they were offering a great special on a furnace tune-up. Zack and Carlos arrived right on time and couldn’t have been more friendly, courteous and professional. When trouble was found they dedicated a lot of extra time working on a solution but the problem remained a puzzle. So, Chandler, president of the company, promised to send a senior technician out at no extra charge to troubleshoot. A few days later, super-tech Andy arrives with trusty Josiah to crack the case and did so in short order!
