Call The Bee

We got a quote from and hired Call the Bee, who contracted our plumbing work out to TMS for what should have been a straightforward kitchen sink installation. The experience started off frustrating and had several bumps along the way. First, they arrived with only a garbage disposal and no sink. On the next visit they again arrived without the sink and had to go back to the warehouse to pick it up — only to return with the wrong one. At that point, after multiple delays and scheduling issues, we were already frustrated but decided to move forward just to get the project completed. During the installation the countertops were raised about half an inch off the cabinets in order to make the sink work. Josh G, Justin H, and Muhammad did an excellent job replacing and installing not one, but TWO boilers in one day. They confirmed an answer to every question I had pertaining to both of my systems. They were very professional and would highly recommend, 100% would request them for HVAC installations. Clean, professional and personable. These men and Call The Bee are the right choice.

I used the Bee for the first time today, but I can assure you, it will not be my last. I had such a great experience with this company from the great customer service when I called to Darnell the tech. Had an issue with my sump pump which needed immediate attention. It had stopped working and water was starting to come from the utility room where the sump pump is to the finished area of the room. Called the Bee just before noon and someone was at my house by 2:30pm! Darnell (the tech) was heaven sent! He was professional, courteous and most importantly HONEST! Luckily he found that my flow check valve wasn't opening because of debris. He took it off, tested it, and voila, like magic if worked! We had some electrical work performed last week. Scott and Bill did a great job. They installed a new chandelier in our foyer and figured out and resolved some quirky issues we were having with lighting and switches. Thanks so much.
