Called to Repair responded within minutes to my request for service, called me for details and scheduled the service call to happen the next business day. The owner Tim arrived exactly at the time expected. He diagnosed the problem, explained it carefully and made certain I approved the cost of repair. I was pleasantly surprised at the total cost (service call fee + parts and labor). Tim worked very efficiently, double checked that a clogged water line was cleared and that the fridge was working properly. I am so impressed by this company and highly recommend them.

He came in with deep knowledge and was incredibly generous in sharing it, helping me understand not only how to better care for my dryer but also how to be a more informed and confident homeowner overall. Mike was excellent in diagnosing the issue with our dishwasher. Unfortunately it wasn’t something that was economical to fix, and Mike was very upfront & honest about that. He gave us suggestions on a replacement as well as tips to use with the new one. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish, and the email & text updates were very appreciated.
