I was dealing with a slab leak and contacted Calm Waters. They had immediate appointments to help get the situation resolved quickly. I met with James, and he reviewed with me all of my options for the repair. I chose to go ahead and replace all of the pipes in my home as my current pipes had a history of failing. James & Luke came in the very next day to get started. It was a 4 day long project where they were professional all the way through. From first call to walking out of our door, this was a great experience. The lady on the phone was super nice, and Luke came out to replace our garbage disposal, and fix the shut off valves for our washing machine. He was nice, knowledgeable, and clean! The pricing was absolutely fair, and most importantly I felt comfortable with him in my home, as a stay at home mom with kids, I had no problem having him in our house. They are extremely nice, competent and arr detail oriented. William was here for about two hours , checking everything to make sure what was happening before he gave me information and an estimate.
