Dear Calvin Turner Roofing Team, I’m writing to express serious concerns about the lack of communication, follow-up, and accountability during our recent roofing project. What was initially presented to us as a one-day job ended up taking four full days to complete, without any proactive updates or scheduling clarity from your team. To summarize the issues we experienced: Roofing materials were delivered without any prior notice or coordination. The outside delivery company arrived unexpectedly while I happened to stop home briefly from work. I had to remain on-site to oversee the drop-off, resulting in the loss of a half day of work that could have been easily avoided with a simple phone call or email. Crews arrived late each day, often between 10:30–11:00 AM, despite being told work

They are amazing. I can’t tell you the whole store. Insurance made it hard on us plus being only a few weeks out of having my youngest son. The crews were amazing. I can’t tell them enough how sorry I was for being nasty for my hormones and sleep deprivation. Insurance and clearing checks with the bank was our hardest fight. I made sure all crews that came had drinks being they were in the hot sun and I had no problem doing that every day. I was raised to take care of the workers as well. Everyone expects fast work but roofing is not an easy job. Our home is over 100 years old. The men had to work hard on some of the pitches.

We paid cash $9500 (not insurance claim) and we saved up the money to have the roof redone. They have to keep coming back to repair leaks for our brand new flat roof installation. It leaks more now than before. The most recent call to address more leaks from their work was on 5/4/2022. Talked with someone and they said they would address the leaks again but haven’t heard from them since. Please beware. Overall I am very unhappy with this work. I guess I will just fix it myself. Update as of April 26, 2023 carport still leaking in the exact same places as the last 4 times they have come out to address the problem. I feel so let down and helpless and really wish I would have done my homework with this company. Update: September 10th 2023 10:37pm. Flat roof began leaking into our family room

We got an estimate to have a new roof put on on 12/14/24 the roof was done on 12/19/2024, 2 weeks start to finish. They did the roof in one day. We had great communication with them as to what was going on. They cleaned up well when the roof was completed. We will definitely use them for all our roofing needs. Fantastic company.

Honest, Fair, Competent, Friendly and Great Value. I would use Calvin Turner again no doubt about it. They did a magnificent job replacing our roof and gutters. Calvin Turner Roofing was awesome to work with and have been around forever so they are not a fly-by-night operation like so many other roofing companies. Thank you for a job will done...
