Chuck was hired when I bought my house to compete some repairs. He did complete a few small ones, but the main repair was started and never finished. I have reached out to him several times to no avail, he will not answer or return my calls and I have several very heavy wood beams that have been sitting in my driveway for over 2 months now that I can not move. He has responded to the sellers realtor via text with a story about being in the hospital, but can not text/answer a phone call to provide me- the customer- with the same information. He knowingly ignored my calls- I have a screen shot from the sellers realtor where he states “she called again. I didn’t answer”. This company is completely unprofessional and didn’t complete the work they were contracted to do. Avoid at all costs.
