Short review: The homes built are fine. Low prices mean lower quality. I would be wary of working with them. They do everything they can to avoid repairs that fall under their warranty and you will definitely need to utilize their warranty services. Long review: Two major downsides to Camberlango builders: -Customer service (their agent Jared Haynie) (condescending, accusing us of flooding our own home days after moving in, very difficult to work with in general) -plumbing : most of my neighbors and I had significant plumbing issues (mostly flooding) days after moving into our new homes. Outside plumbers have come in and said the original plumbing work is shoddy.
