Cambria Sales and Distribution Center Showroom - Dallas

Buyer beware. We spent a lot of time in the Cambria Dallas showroom with a rep. What we received looked nothing like what was displayed in their showroom. Terrible quality control. See photos. All slabs we received have deep craters. The fabricator called Cambria when he received the slabs stating that the slabs didn’t look right and appeared to be damaged. The rep agreed to replace one of the worst slabs and told us there was nothing he could do the other unsightly slabs with craters. The rep states that the “debossing falls within their acceptable range”

We are in the process of building a new home and did extensive research to find countertops. We must have looked at 100 slabs online and in person at other stone companies. We decided on Cambria because of the quality, design and reviews. The slabs were ordered through a vendor of their’s in Tyler, Texas. So we had not actually seen a sample. When the slabs arrived in the Dallas area, we made an appointment at Cambria to make sure it was what we had envisioned. We were greeted by a knowledgeable young man, Joe, that walked us through a lovely showroom and into an immaculate warehouse/distribution center to see the material we ordered. It was as nice as I had hoped. I used “love” several times; what can I say. Anyways, we also ended up replacing marble we were going to use in anoth
