Diana met us when we walked in & was very attentive & helpful in learning about Cambria & how they could partner with us in our countertop selection. She was patient as we compared color options, even bringing a portable lamp to see the slab colors in the warehouse lighting. We learned a lot & enjoyed our experience. She delivered on her promises to send the follow up information to us & our HD Rep along with fabricator references near us.

I ordered Cambria Brittanicca Gold as it appears in their marketing materials in the first two pictures. What I received is a different colorway on a darker background. There is no gold in my Brittanicca Gold. Cambria declines to replace it with the advertised color representation. I do not recommend Cambria. Cambria charges a premium price and is unable to duplicate colors. Other quartz companies guarantee consistent color matches. In response to the owner, it is NOT the lighting. There are 4 bright LED lights in the room, including one directly over the shower. THIS IS A DIFFERENT COLOR from what is represented by Cambria in its marketing materials and showroom. We stopped by the Cambria showroom in Avondale, AZ to see the various patterns of quartz that we might like to consider for the counter tops and backsplash to use in our kitchen remodel. We did not have an appointment, but we did not need one. Diana Lopez, the showroom manager and designer, was there and she assisted us. Diana was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about Cambria quartz products, their manufacturing process, price points, and distribution centers. She asked us a few questions and helped us choose a quartz pattern that matched our cabinet and wall color scheme. Cambria offers absolutely an absolutely top quality product. I'm an architect and Cambria is always my first recommendation for countertops. Is the price a premium? Yes. But in addition to their outstanding quality, what you get with Cambria that I have not found with other quartz countertops is a depth of color and pattern. So many quartz products are nice but they look as though a pattern has been printed onto them. The Cambria matrix is such that you can see the patterns and colors down into the material in the way you would with natural granite or marble. The fact that it is made in the US is a bonus.

We had a small chip on our island. We called Cambria and they set up an appointment to repair the chip. James Harms came to our home at the exact time of the appointment and repaired the chip. Cambria means it when they say the repairs are complimentary. We can not see the repair because workmanship was amazing. Thank you James and Cambria!
