Ian initially spoke with me over the phone and was incredibly pleasant and thoughtful. He proactively noted my expected arrival time at the showroom, which I truly appreciated. Although he was off the day I visited, it was clear from our conversation that he is just as knowledgeable and attentive as Kat. We had a wonderful experience with Chasity shopping for our quartz kitchen countertop. She was well prepared for our appointment and had pulled all the slabs we wanted to view. Viewing the Cambria pictures on the website and actually seeing the slabs are very different experiences. The pictures on the website do not accurately display the true color of the products. She was knowledgeable and very patient as we tried to make a selection. She went through many slabs in her inventory trying to locate one that had the shade we were looking for. What we especially liked was her honesty when we asked for her opinion. If she did not think a color combination worked, she was direct about it rather than give a noncommittal response.
