These pavers - marketed as “always looks like new” is a highly false claim because that means I can’t cut my grass or else the pavers will stain according to their response on the survey. Look at how many 1 star reviews they have with the same accusation and they have an excuse for all of them🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 A three month old patio during summer season should have absolutely zero issues with it after paying 17 grand for a now laughably marketed premium product. Their product is beautiful and the customer service is the best I’ve ever encountered. I had a Mason construct a paver walkway and porch including black outline stones/bricks. They were emitting a natural effervescence. I contacted the great distributor on Long Island, K&K, who got the Cambridge rep, Adrian O’Connor, involved immediately. He came out the very next day and applied a cleaner to restore the original look, which is part of the normal customer-performed maintenance that I didn’t know to do. Adrian was very professional and courteous and handled the issue in 15 minutes! Kudos to the end-to-end customer service. Great product…great service!

I’ve had these Cambridge pavers of mine for around three years now and it’s been a nightmare since the day they were put in. I’ve had multiple bricks crack and have holes in them. Each time trying to get Cambridge to come out and replace them has been impossible. I literally just called this week and lodged a complaint with Cambridge because none of their service reps in the area get back to you. Although the lady was nice and assured me that The district managers would look into this I’ve heard nothing. If I had to do it again, I would choose a different paving company as a customer service with Cambridge is terrible. Buyer beware yeah she will get nice pavers but they do not last long and good luck trying to get replaced

Edited 12/5/25Yay!!! I’m happy to say that my issue with Cambridge pavers & Adrian has been resolved! At the end of the day my Google one star review should be with the installers company!! Thank you to Adrian for pointing out the lack of professional work by the company I hired!!! Edited: I’m sorry but it is now 10/27/25 & I need to change my review. Hopefully it is a temporary change. Adrian has always came to my house to hear me out about the stains on my Pavers. Every time he comes, he re-washes all the pavers with stains promising. It will be the last time. Unfortunately, after no joke six times coming here the stains are still in the Pavers and there are new stains from whatever the product is that he’s using.
