CambridgeSide Galleria Upper & Lower Garages

I’ve been going to this mall for almost 30 years, and somehow it’s reinvented itself into something nobody asked for. It’s clearly aiming for a crowd with more money than common sense, not families or regular people, which is an impressive choice for… a mall. I get that times change, but this one’s so out of touch it makes you wonder if they even want people like us walking through the doors anymore.

Save yourself the time. There is absolutely nothing worth paying for parking in this mall. Poor TJ Maxx is holding this place together. The 3rd level of mall is completely empty. The place looks like a ghost town. It's sad, this place use to be so good.

Great place to have a girl's day or just shopping around. Bought a couple of nice scented candles from a kiosk in the middle. Went to go pixel yourself for a selfie / photo shoot with a friend. Mad Hatter is also in this mall and I heard that they're fantastic and we're going soon

The upper garage is under construction . It needs signage so first timers and the tired can find their way out. Also If you moved the Ballard's back a little that would be great. Also having the doors to the stairs open work would be nice too.

Parking lots are expensive already in Boston yes it is a clean and efficient parking lot but I don't see security patrols and plus nobody wants to spend approximately 20 dollars on parking maybe lower the prices a little or upgrade the security. As I was a victim to my tires getting slashed.
