Camden/Exchange Garage

Every single time I come to the music hall, I have hope your pay system and exit bar functions, and every single time it is the reason that we (amd everyone else) are stuck in the garage for 30+ mins. Then, the very few times you have a staff member show up, they are often rude. Do better and fix your busted equipment.

Easy access, reasonable price, attendants usually on site, conveniently located to Charleston Music Hall, Visitors Center and other sites of interest.

While this garage offers close proximity to the Charleston Music Hall and reasonable pricing (I paid $12 for 7:30 PM - 11:30 PM), it took me 50 minutes on the dot to get out after the event. I would only use this garage again if I didn't need to leave right after an event at the CMH. Perhaps a parking attendant onsite after events could help keep the line moving faster.

I was stuck in this garage last night for 2 hours along others for some reason. Then when I got up to pay (which i don't think we should due to the wait) it had an issue taking my card and kept repeating itself to not take my card out. Thankfully when I pushed the help button someone was there. I took it out then back in as suggested then it said my card wasn't valid. Finally accepted card thankfully it didn't charge twice.

The parking attendant is very rude to the customers and behaved like a scam artist. Some older gentleman with an accent who has a very bad attitude. A lady went there and the parking attendant immediately asked for $5 as a flat fee. When the lady driver pressed the parking attendant of why he was charging so much? The parking attendant responded with a bad attitude by saying " ugh. Oh my god!" The parking attendant is unprofessional and was being very disrespectful to the lady. I will report this parking garage to the BBB for the unprofessional and disrespectful demeanor to the customers. You don't ever talk to people like that. Also, I find this business practice to be illegal. I also would like to warn other customers.If you are lady then you better bring your significant other with you
