Camp Precast Concrete Products

Built my home a little over three years ago and purchased an Advantech system from Camp Precast. Last May the pump for the wastewater stopped working. The maintenance crew came to replace. The pump warranty is supposed to be 5 years but they would not cover it because the pump was made in 01/2014. The date the system was installed was 8/2016. I called Mark and he told me they pump warranty was 5 years from date of manufactured (01/2014). Basically I paid for a used system at a new price as the tank sat in the yard for two years so instead of 5 years I really only got less than four years. I was told he would call me back and let me know what he could do. Never received a call. Months later I called him 3 times and never get a call back. What is up with the stupidity of the pickups and oversized load jamming up the intersection of precast rd and route 7 at 6am when people are trying to get to work??? Shouldn’t you secure the load before pulling out of the yard and not after you drive 1/2 mile down the rd?? At least that’s what my truck driving husband does!!

Straight shooters whose advice on which tank to buy and where to locate it saved me a lot of money. Also installed for me a PermEntry to my basement which in the end was a great decision and their ideas on where to put it and on how my contractor should prep the area saved me a lot of money with my contractor.
